Exchanges and refund
We will not be able to entertain
exchanges once the item has been delivered, due to hygiene and sanitary
reasons. should you change your mind. However, should your items be damaged,
please email hey@heyfriday.sg with a photo of the damage item within 24 hours
of receipt and we will make arrangements to replace the item. Do note that
postage will be borne by the buyer.
